In case one or more clauses of these GTCs are fully or partly ineffectual, all other clauses remain unaffected. The ineffectual clause is automatically considered to be replaced with a legally effective one, its intended purpose being economically closest to the original purpose of the partially ineffectual clause. En caso de que una o más de las cláusulas de estos GTC sean total o parcialmente infructuosas, ninguna de las otras cláusulas quedará afectada. La cláusula infructuosa se considerará automáticamente reemplazada por una legalmente eficaz, su propósito intencionado siendo económicamente lo más semejante al propósito original de la cláusula infructuosa. Lo mismo se aplica a las lagunas reguladoras.
