In this case, we need to translate 'planned community development' as one concept which is why I've proposed 'progetti di sviluppo residenziale' or 'piani di sviluppo residenziale' as a translation for the whole thing. I think piani needs to be plural to reflect 'development'.
As an aside, the adjective 'comunitario' in Italian has taken a completely different meaning nowadays (!) and would probably put people off buying. |
