C'est une présentation ppt donc ça doit être concis!! Mais le "fidélisation" je vois pas (il s'agit d'un lait spécial pour nourrissons) bref au secours et merci d'avance de votre aide c tjs précieuse |

Perhaps the day to day aspect is because this is a product that is consumed daily - and is a regular purchase, although probably not bought each day. I usually say 'build loyalty' for 'fidéliser'. |
