(out) of all Explanation: I agree with W/A — your proposed translation would actually change the meaning. If you strip 'among' back to its most basic meaning, you can get to something like '(out) of all...' — although adding 'all' is perhaps taking a slight liberty, I do feel it makes the whole thing read a lot better.
