I think this is trickier than it first appears. My first inclination is to use the term "performance-based wages", but that's more like 成果給 or 成果主義に基づく賃金, and doesn't have the notion of 配分. 成果配分 is gain sharing (as distinct from profit sharing), but that is usually in the context of bonuses, not wages. Often, gains are shared based on wages, not the other way around. If you don't want to say "performance-based wages" and cross your fingers, I'd go with the phrase I've given above. Hopefully, your context will make it clear what's intended.
