説明: Companies' names are always complicated matter...
有限会社 simply means company with limited liability, and it was usually applied for small companies (less than 50 employees).
The term of 有限会社 is not equal to any of those appear in dictionary, and it is better not to put any of those translation unless the company itself states officially. The terms of LLC, Inc., Co., etc. are according to the law outside Japan and 有限会社 is of course defined and determined according to Japanese company law, which does not actually exist any longer.
It usually does not affect too much (or make any material problems), but I'd recommend not to "translate", but simply write "Yugen Kaisha" or "Yugen Gaisha". Or, if you think it's better, write "Yugen Kaisha" and then add explanation in parenthesis.
When the potential readers are familiar with company names in Japanese, they also might know what KK and YK mean.
You should also know that 株式会社 could also be any of those Inc., Co., Co. Ltd, Ltd., etc. The social status of 株式会社 and 有限会社 are totally different, so is capital. If you state a company with random translation looking only at one side, you might "create" different status for it.
Always best not to apply forced translation when it is not possible, to avoid problems...I believe.
Well, good Luck!
