Having joined ProZ.com in 2002, Jason is our most senior developer. He is responsible for the code base and has developed and improved a wide variety of site features, including the ProZ.com term search, our online payment system and back-office accounting, ProZ.com's new localization infrastructure, Unicode conversion and migration, our support ticket system, systems architecture and much more.

Leonardo joined in 2006 collaborating with the expansion of the organization, including enhancement of member support and communications. As Support Lead, Jared is helping to further enhance the support system for the ProZ.com community. Originally from the United States, he has been living and working in Argentina for the past eleven years, and can now be seen daily at the ProZ.com community office in Argentina.
