How do I "report a 'working' level of expertise"?

I want to suggest a translation for a term but I get the message:

You do not meet the criteria to answer on this term. Participation limited to users who:
... work in this pair or in the reverse one (Your profile shows that you do)
... report a "working" level of expertise in the subject field (You have not)
... are native speakers of English or Hebrew (You have reported that you are)

Go to:

Your profile>Expertise>Click the little blue box left from the word Expertise to edit it>Scroll down to Your working fields: 30 (max. 30)>Change accordingly>Scroll all the way down and click Save and update profile
