Trados 2019 - Unexpected exception when initializing view part Correspondances de Fragments

Hello everyone,

Suddenly, I get the same error message over and over again when creating new projects.
I deinstalled and reinstalled Trados but the error message just appears anyway.
I found some "solution" on the sdl page, but the indicated paths do not match what I have, and it appears that there is no customer support anymore.

Does anyone know a solution?
