I think saturation concentration is close to the correct translation in this context since it's about the maximum concentration allowable to prevent gelatinization. I just wasn't sure if I should use saturation concentration in reference to the water in the polymer solution. I thought the term should refer to the entire polymer solution or the polymer contained in it, but it probably doesn't matter.
