Last one, I promise! Same dry cleaning fluid document, and this modifies the previous term of 高分子カチオン性コロイド. Can't find much about this, seems like all the hits are in Chinese? I am guessing it means like "mud-like consistency" or maybe just "thick/drugde/dense". Anyone familiar with this word?
