You didn't ask, but do you know what 本契約と異なる事項 is supposed to mean? Literally it refers to items that are different from this Agreement. Does it make sense? |

One of the following forms should work, depending on the grammar of the rest of the sentence: "This agreement shall not preclude A [and B] from entering into any agreement that..."
