Translation - English All (name of company) facilities are certified as meeting ISO TS 16949 standards. However, the Group believes that quality must be understood in a broader sense as the excellence of a system based on people and on time-tested organization by process, as implemented through three basic strategies:
1 - Ongoing training -> a tool for adding value to and updating the technical expertise and culture of human resources
2 - Process ownership -> an experience of responsibility that presumes a comprehensive view of the work to be done and assumes one has a “technological consciousness” within a value chain
3 - Lean Management -> an all-encompassing management methodology developed by Toyota, which enables a company to optimize its production resources and eliminate waste, while improving the level of its products and services, and maintaining its competitiveness

Translation - English 5.13.3.1 – POSITION COPIERS
To obtain a cut/trim that faithfully follows the profile of the workpiece, one or more position copiers must be used (5.13.o , 5.13.p).
- Loosen the screw (5.13.t) to adjust the horizontal position of the copier.
- Use the knob (5.13.r) to adjust the vertical position of the copier.
The system also has vertical and horizontal “sensitivity” adjustments, which are made by turning the knob (vertical - 5.13.q) and the screw (horizontal - 5.13.s). Remember that an overly low sensitivity makes the copier too inflexible, which can ruin the upper surface of the workpiece. On the other hand, if the sensitivity is too high, the copier may bounce around.

Translation - English Beat Stutzer
On September 28, 1893, Giovanni Segantini wrote to Vittore Grubicy, his art merchant in Milan, from Maloja, "What captures and fascinates my spirit is the limitless love I feel for Nature...When circumstances force me to ignore Nature so I can look inside myself, as has happened with my painting called L’angelo della vita, which I’m working on at the moment, I’m continuously and uninterruptedly tormented by my conscience and am torn by it. I feel as if I were doing something wrong, even though I know I’m doing something right." When Segantini came up with his symbolist impressions, the artist not only had to deal with the difficulties of figurative imagination, but was also forced to overcome an "initial tension caused by devoting one’s efforts to visible reality" With his fastidious observation of Nature, Segantini sought to depict faithfully the eternal laws and deep truths that all creatures - men as well as animals - are subject to. In a complex "conspiracy between subject, composition, painting technique and meaning," the artist attempted to use imagery to interpret the secret of Creation and the mystery of Life and Death. Although his work progressed from naturalism espoused during his first years in Brianza, became briefly engaged in elaborating divisionist technique in Savognin, and finally arrived at the sublime symbolism of his last years in Maloja, the set of problems expressed in the quote (that is, the duality between a precise representation of the visible and Segantini’s metaphoric interpretation) was strongly and consistently present. The critical rift - "the mixture of sentimentalism, moralizing interpretation and scientific theory of color" - was certainly not acceptable, since from time to time one reads about "the conflicting impressions that Segantini’s painting gives"

Translation - English SECTION B: BREEDING PLAN
This section describes the breeding plan carried out in 2001-2005 to create new grafts that would carry the resistance trait (along with other traits of commercial interest). Malus Sieboldii resistance donors, apomitic selections of the first generation (4551, 4608) and apomitic selections of the second generation (C1907, D2118, D2212, H0801, H0909, Gi477/4) all proved to be too vigorous to be used as grafts for commercial purposes. The over 3000 seedlings obtained were typed using codominant microsatellite (SSR) markers in order to establish their true pedigree and to characterize new genetic resources for improving the apple tree genetically. Analyses using a reduced number of SSRs, which were suitably selected for their polymorphism, identified different classes of seedlings that were present in different proportions in the various crosses: seedlings that were genetically identical to the mother; seedlings deriving from probable self-pollination; and two classes of individuals with the alleles of the male parent at all loci. Out of the cross combinations that used an apomitic plant as the seed bearer, 67% of the seedlings exhibited a genotype that was the same as the mother’s and thus were not useful for breeding. Analysis using SSR markers also allowed us to postulate several hypotheses regarding the level of ploidy of the parent specimens and their progeny. These hypotheses were confirmed by cytofluorimetric study. The production of fruit and seeds in certain cross combinations can be explained in part by these unique features, which are associated with the traits of apomixia and poliploidia carried by the resistant parent. The initial results of phenotypic observations made 1-2 years after seedling infection have shown that the resistance trait was inherited by the progeny. The segregated populations identified in this study are currently being used to examine the genetic basis for resistance to apple proliferation and to create maps of linkages for identifying the genes associated with resistance. Additional studies on resistant genotypes will probably be carried out over the next few years in order to evaluate their operative agronomic value.

A tale livello concomita sensibile riduzione in ampiezza dello speco vertebrale.
Translation - English MRI OF LUMBAR COLUMN
Lordotic physiology is maintained.
No alterations are observed in the strength of the signal emitted from the spongy bone in the vertebrae being examined.
The strength of the signal from the disc at passage L5 Si has been reduced by degenerative conditions. A collateral left-hand median and paramedian hernia impresses and dislocates controlaterally the dural sac, raises the posterior longitudinal ligament and impresses the left-hand L5 and Si roots. In this area, there is also a significant reduction in the size of the vertebral canal.
No disk hernias or procidentiae are observed at the remaining disks being examined.
The medullary cone and the roots of the cauda equina appear to be normal.
