En caso de que ambas partes lo estimen necesario o conveniente, el Agente podrá administrar recursos, imagen y publicidad de la Empresa en beneficio de ambos, y prestar los servicios profesionales, de consultoría (estudios de mercado, análisis de la competencia, marketing y estrategias publicitarias, etc.), asesoramiento, prospectiva, investigación, trazabilidad de productos, control de servicios, peritación y tasación, o cualquier otro servicio que el Agente esté capacitado para proporcionarle a la Empresa, según tarifas de honorarios del Agente, o bien por lo que ambas partes pacten, incluso verbalmente, de buena fe.

If both parties deem it necessary or convenient, the Agent can manage the Company's resources, image and publicity in order to benefit both parties, and lend his or her professional services in consulting (market studies, competitive analysis, marketing and publicity strategies, etc.), advising, forward planning, researching, product traceability, services control, expert appraisal, or any other service that the Agent is capable of providing the Company, according to the Agent's professional fee rates, or an amount that both parties agree upon in writing, or even verbally, in good faith.
