Bio

Hello! I'm Marta Lucero, a freelance translator (EN>ES, ES>EN, DE>ES) and proofreader (ES), would you like to know more about me?

I have got a Bachelor's Degree in Translation and Interpreting (UAM) and a Master's Degree in Translation and Intercultural Mediation (USAL). I am a sworn translator of English certified by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. Also, as I never stop learning, I have studied several courses on different translation fields (legal, international organizations, medical... Check out my CV and my webpage for an exhaustive list of the courses I have taken!).  

Regarding my experience, I cooperate as an external translator for the United Nations Office at Vienna, where different organizations are based (UN Commission on International Trade Law, UN Office on Drugs and Crime, UN Industrial Development Organization, UN Office for Outer Space Affairs). That is why I am a versatile translator and have the resources to deliver high quality translations covering different fields. Besides, I also work for individuals who need official translations of diverse documents for varying purposes.
