Eu nu sunt psihoterapeut
Eu doar îți pun acele întrebări valoroase pe care nu ți le pune nimeni, nici măcar tu însuți. Te asist să-ți șlefuiești personalitatea în fațete cât mai fine. Să privești din acel unghi din care nu ești obișnuit să privești. Să te poziționezi pe axa timpului în singurul loc real: timpul prezent. Să micșorezi distanța dintre ceea ce ești și ceea ce ți-ai dori să fii. Să faci echilibristica corectă pe drumul dintre minte și inimă. Eu doar îți țin oglinda drept ca să te vezi mai bine.
O experiență jurnalistică de 13 ani dedicată interviurilor 1 la 1 cu persoane publice m-a învățat că oamenii așteaptă toată viața lor întrebarea care să le permită să fie onești în legătură cu cine sunt și cum au ajuns să fie cine sunt. Această întrebare care îi trimite adânc în străfundurile lor e uneori incisivă, alteori dureroasă sau puerilă, dar răspunsul, odată adus în lumina conștiinței, este întotdeauna curativ. Pentru că întrebările valoroase determină introspecția, introspecția impulsionează auto-cunoașterea, iar auto-cunoașterea pavează dezvoltarea personală pentru o transformare autentică. Eu vin cu întrebările valoroase, tu faci pașii spre un TU mai conștient. Interviul curativ e unealta noastră de lucru. Fă primul pas către locul în care vrei s-ajungi!
