I am an experienced technical and patent translator.

I have substantial experience in patent translation (applications, patentability reports and abstracts), having translated literally millions of words in this field.

I am also a fully trained and experienced translation checker and proofreader.

I pride myself on being able to convey technical concepts in a lucid, flowing style, whether I'm translating a press release or an operating manual. Having been an outsourcer myself, I have a good understanding of what is required from a supplier: I'm reliable, punctual and thorough, and I will not take on any piece of work without first checking that it is within my capabilities.
