特定輸出者とは・・・
「特定輸出申告制度とは、国がセキュリティ対策の強化と、国際物流の高度化に対応した物流手続きの迅速化を目的として、コンプライアンスに優れた輸出者を「特定輸出者」として承認し、特別な優遇を与える輸出通関制度です。」
「特定輸出者」として税関から承認を受けた者は、輸出通関の際に貨物を保税地域へ搬入することなしに輸出許可を取得することができる」
言葉の持つ意味からすれば、authorized exporter の方が近いように思うのですが、どうでしょう？
