日本語 term
隣接するリアル
日本語 から 英語
ビジネス/金融
ビジネス/商業(一般)
The entire sentence is from a list of business goals:
ファンクラブ、グッズ、会員制事業等、グループ内外のコンテンツを活用した事業を開発、デジテルプラットフォームを主としながらも隣接するリアルも含め、観客とのコミュニケーションを最適化する
I would appreciate any help on how to translate that bit and fit it into the sentence. Thank you!

adjacent real communication medium (media)
I don't know but on page 11 of the referring PDF defines specifically about "Real Communication"; this may be what this "リアル" refers to.
Usually "リアル" really means nothing but "real", so I don't know unless it's misspelled ;-(

An adjoining real platform
A real platform
The term “リアル(real)” here is used in stark contrast to “デジタル(digital).” Therefore リアル should read リアル・プラットフォーム(real platform), with “platform”
being ellipted to avoid pleonasm.
IMHO, the phrase in question read as follows:
“a digital platform mainly, but not excluding its adjoining
real platform…”

surronding/external factors
They will be working basically from a "digital platform" in what their project is, but at the same time will take into account "external (close) factors that surround them/the project and exist in "real life" (outside the project)" for a better communication with the audience. Guess will be better if you put it in your own words. Good luck!
