複眼 is not literal, of course. It's more like taking a multifaceted approach. I just need some way to put this all together in a fancy catch phrase.

As you are well aware 複眼 cannot be translated literally, as though they are that of insects.
In japanese, this means "able to see all aspects of the issues lie ahead". This is no way a conpartmentalized thinking mode with only one set of discipline.
It has to be a combination of mutiple disciplines, such as financial, managemental, resouce allocations, etc., etc.... whatever the situation may be. That is "integrated thoughts".
