This is one of the assessments for hairdressers /stylists and beauty technicians. In other professions, they may use Assessment of Technical Competence, abbreviated as ATC.
This assessment is used in UK as well as other countries. Perhaps, you should ask your client about this, but I am 100% certain APC is not abbreviated in Albanian, but in English on his/her diploma.

Sorry, but I did not consider the answer helpful, since the abbreviation APC has to be Albanian and the answer refers to an English abbreviation. The diploma is written in Albanian *and* English. The English abbreviation for this phenomenon is ICA. |
