infectiously energetic
This (actually rather common) phrase condenses the idea down so much, that you might want to add a word or two:
- is an infectiously energetic person (worker)
- has an infectiously energetic personality
- is full of infectious energy
- works with infectious energy
... or, just plain "is infectiously energetic"
A couple of examples:
"Great motivational speakers like Tony Robbins have infectious energy."

"Business woman, hotelier, singer, entertainer, philanthropist, antiques collector, mother and grandmother! Though most people would regard such myriad titles and responsibilities as a burden, to infectiously energetic Kamala Sukosol, each of these roles..."

Possesses a strong drive to succeed. Energizes others.
На мой взгляд, такой перевод передает смысл оригинала, поскольку энергетика в данном контексте должна быть, в конечном итоге, направлена на успех в бизнесе.

: Drive to succeed is too redundant to fit into the terse style of this context since DRIVE IS MOTIVATION TOWARD A PARTICULAR END [my link]. See also "his drive and energy exhausted..." therein. Unlike authors, translators have no right to emphasize at will

Let the Asker decide, will you? It is not redundant. Link #1 says, "drive=strong motivation", but it should be a motivation toward something (see also link #2). It is success in this context. And my translation is no less terse than the source.
