No tiene nada que ver con endeudamiento. Slack es una expresión más genérica, respecto a "holgura" o "tener espacio adicional" como para hacer ajustes o acomodamientos en presupuestos, contabilidades, etc, si hace falta o se desea. No implica ningún concepto técnico específico contable ni financiero.
