insurance, "bring-in" commercial

This is simply a laptop computer that was sold to a business (hence erhverv) and which must be brought into the shop for service in case of damage to the computer (i.e., as opposed to on-site service).
I am not sure if "bring-in" is the usual term in English...

perhaps \"in-shop\" is better than \"bring-in\"
