معلّقة أو لافتة إشهاريّة
معلّقة أو لافتة إشهاريّة because I think that the place where this screamer is put is "a second information". I mean it may be explained saying for example:موضوعة فوق الرفّ أو الرّفوف. We don't need to follow the English way of building the sentence.
