According to your reference picture and I found the same but more precise picture.
And it says 90mm precision cartidge at the bottom right of the picture.
Then I searched online which is taobao...for bone saws (disclaimer: I am not helping the seller promoting his or her products...just for reference!

In the products' picture,I found the same or nearly the same item.
