XXX provides version management facilities for administrative partitions and native XXX datasets.
Two or more sessions can each access their own version of the data.
One version can have one writer and many readers.
Each writer can independently decide whether to commit (confirm) or rollback (discard) their changes.
When a reader opens a dataset, they see the latest version of the data and continue to see that version until they end their session or decide to rollforward to see any changes committed by another user.
