This is strictly USA and even more so Florida: An Amendment to Declaration of Condominium has been filed. Seems to be a specific legal step to be taken or declared and I do not think that "Eigentumswohnungserklär-ung" or such will do the trick.

Maybe that'll work for you - I have a condo (Eigentumswohnung) in Germany, and there is a "Teilungserklärung zur Begründung von Wohnungseigentum" in my files (just looked it up to be sure) - it's the declaration that converted the building to condos.
