I wonder what they mean as Konsignationslagervertrag does not make much sense to me:

We, the undersigned
K/S Y
c/o Z Properties ApS
DK-1XXX

hereby give irrevocable authorisation to

Bank
DK-4XXX

to sell and with final effect assign, on behalf of the limited partnership K/S Y, the property located at DE-XXXXX, Germany.

This Authorisation entitles Bank or subsequent agents or proxies of Bank to carry out the following on behalf of K/S Y and with binding effect on K/S Y:

To enter into a ***consignment agreement*** with a real estate agent selected by Bank, including agreements on agent’s fees, advertising of the property, asking price, obtaining of documents regarding the property and the payment of documentation costs, transaction costs, preparation of calculations of proceeds, etc.;

To obtain all information regarding the property, including from public authorities such as the Inland Revenue, insurance companies, other rights holders regarding the property, property administrator, lessees or tenants as well as anyone else who is in possession of information about the property;
