Bypass-timer
Both 'bypass' and 'timer' are used in Norwegian, depending on how said things are referred to in the rest of the text/context bypass-timer with a - should be fine. Not sure if you can do away with the - and just write 'bypasstimer', generally there's a - with words originally from other languages but I've heard 'bypass' pronounced phonetically in Norwegian so many times it might be accepted now.
Example sentence:
The bypass timer must be active
Bypass-timeren må være aktivert/på
