English to Russian Medical Medical (general)

The primary evaluation of safety from clinical trials involved in the development of XXXXX is based upon safety parameters assessed during the Phase 3 clinical trials C-XXXXX (6-week duration) and C-XXXX (6-month interim lock data).

For the 6-month interim database lock, patients in clinical trial, were to dose with 1 drop of XXXX once daily in the morning. The interim database lock occurred once all patients actively participating in the the study completed their Month 6 Visit.
At the Month 6 interim database lock, 31 patients have reported ADRs.
