I would like to recomend you to use the transliteration. In the American accent it is pronounced as above. Although you can use the meanings in simple words "ہاتھ پاؤں کا علاج" within brackets, atleast for the first time in the whole document. If the translation is intended for the medical professionals; the transliteration will suit best instead of using uncommon translations. The term has a background which can not be covered by translating it straight away.
