Report on the sector
I'm having a bit of trouble coming up with something that sounds good for this. The report is about the findings of two working groups and implementing new criteria for the cosmetics sector within certain certain segments (shower gel and shampoos).
I was thinking perhaps something like: 'Final report on roll-out across the segment' for the name of this report. I would really appreciate any thoughts on this and whether you think I'm off the mark or whether this could be improved?

Do you have to put what is being rolled out in the heading? Then possibly

I think your own seems fairly good. "déploiement" often translated as "implementation". I like "roll-out" too and it might suit your context better.

it's at the end of the roll-out, a report to inform the business/business line about facts/issues and conclusions...

Discussion
IMHO "CR final DU deploiement" tells without ambiguity the ramp up has been done. By definition a ramp up is done step by step so "final" here tells it's finished. The only question (I think) is about the meaning of "auprès du métier"...
