German term
Zuschöpfung
German to English
Bus/Financial
Accounting
Record keeping of non-fiscal receipts
This term occurs under the heading "Geldwirtschaft" and appears in a series of two pairs of (presumably) opposite terms. The pairs are "Einnahme" "Ausgabe" and "Abschöpfungen" "Zuschöpfungen". The first two are "income" "costs". The term in question in the second pair is most likely the opposite of "siphoning" (Abschöpfung), which according to the Wahrig dictionary is defined as import information, with which differences between offering price and domestic price are balanced, e.g. by raising taxes. These terms involve tax free entries for a company's records. "Zuschöpfung" is not in any of my dictionaries.

I still would like a LOT more context as your explanation leaves me just scratching my head as to what field we are actually dealing with.
But first let me address the other terms.
For "Einnahme" and "Ausgabe" I would use "income" and "outlays" as there are "book" costs such as depreciation that are costs/expenses (Aufwendungen) that are not "Ausgaben" (outlays/expenditures) in a true accounting sense.
Now, I'm not a big fan of dictionaries, particularly in finance and accounting. That said, Woywode gives "levies" for Abschöpfung and Woywode does have a tax bent.
So if "Abschöpfung is levies (or charges) then perhaps you are dealing with a listing of tax "charges" and "benefits". (I'm think of something similar to a listing of additions/reductions to an asset schedule). Perhaps a listing of the tax consequences (tax charges/deductions) from the income and outlays.
But to be perfectly honest, I'm guessing out of the blue given the lack of specific context.
I did find Zuschöpfung in just one of my reference materials, specifically, a client-provided terminology list where it is listed as "take in" but no context or field specified. In the same glossary, Abschöpfung is listed as "levy" and "withdrawal"
And it's been a very long day so ....
