I think Agraffe has been misused here; the word normally refers to small hooks such as those which hold down piano-wires, and I can find no reference at all to it used to hold up granite slabs in buidling facades! Incidentally, I've only just finsihed a translation with references to "Natursteinfassaden", and the word they used is - yes, you guessed it - Anker....stainless steel, too.
