I'm still not 100% certain about this, what precisely does "als Pressure Point mit 2,5mm ausgeführt" mean? In particular, what does the "mit 2,5mm" refer to, does it mean the size of the pressure point, the size (diameter/length) of the rivet, or something else entirely?

disagree - in technical language design regularly includes the construction process - more or less dependent on the author; nevertheless, my alternative suggestions do state just that.
