German term

DRS

German to English Medical Medical: Cardiology EKG
From an Austrian report about an ECG. The whole sentence:

Die Mitralklappe ist leicht sklerosiert, die Öffnungnsbewegung isst nicht limitiert, diastolisches Einstromprofil wie bei DRS Grad I. Keine Insuffizienz.

I have looked under all the usual list of abbreviations, googled DRS in connection with mitral and couldn't find anything. No idea what it could mean. Very grateful for your help, as always.

Discussion

Bettina Grieser Johns (asker) Mar 31, 2019:
Thank you! That's really helpful, thank you!
Steffen Walter Mar 31, 2019:
If I remember correctly, ... ... I searched for "diastolisches Einstromprofil" in combination with "Störung" (the latter sprang to mind because "Grad I" seems to refer to an abnormal condition), which led me to "diastolische Funktionsstörung/Relaxationsstörung".
Bettina Grieser Johns (asker) Mar 31, 2019:
@Steffen Thank you so much, Steffen - how did you find this? (So that I know for the future!)
Steffen Walter Mar 31, 2019:
See below I've just posted an answer :-)
Bettina Grieser Johns (asker) Mar 31, 2019:
I agree with Steffen. My guess is that the S stands for 'Stenose', but what about the rest?

German Accounting Standards, this is about how they cost the procedure for medical aid or other accounting purposes.
Peer comment(s):

disagree Steffen Walter : Totally out of context - this is about specific ECG findings.
