: se no diceva precipitazione - dal testo in esempio non è detto che il cristallo sia in soluzione in questa fase del processo

è vero che non è detto, ma spiegherebbe perchè il prodotto viene centrifugato, ovvero per separare i cristalli solidi dalla soluzione. tuttavia si potrebbe anche dire "crystallisation", termine anche lui che viene utilzzato in questo contesto.
