いらっしゃいませ。何かお探しですか?(face-to-face situation)

いらっしゃいませ。何かお探しですか?(Irassyaimase. Nanika osagashi desuka?)
This is used for face-to-face situation such as shopping.

On the phone, it will be different as following.
ご用件をお伺いしてもよろしいですか?(Goyouken o oukagai shitemo yoroshiidesuka?)
Hello on the phone is "Moshi moshi, " general speaking; however, it is not professional way. When we pick up the phone, we mention company's name or family name first rather than saying "moshi moshi."
If the phone is transfered, we say "Odenwa kawarimashita" or "XXX(your name) de gozaimasu" or both before saying "how can I help you?".

There is other translation for face-to-face situation. For example, at bank, bank teller says ¥"Goyouken o oukagai shitemo yoroshiidesuka? (ご用件をお伺いしてもよろしいですか?) or ¥"kyouno goyouken wa nande gozaimasyouka.¥" We never say ¥"Nanika osagashi desuka,¥" which is ¥"what are you looking for¥" in a polite expression.
