The below may or may not solve the problem. This fish in English is called the Tadpole codling, Red cod, Brotola brava (Argentinian), etc. But the Russian name is given to other genus/species. It would help to know the catch site. The below is from http://empirerasl.narod.ru/price/html

Yes, I know that's the Russ. name, but it's not carved in stone. There are many names for the same fish in all languages. I relied on the Spanish name and catch (geographic ) site, and fishmarket.
