No clue on these two, because the concepts are 100% Spanish. Any ideas?

Thank you again,

Sorry I did it because both terms come together in the same line of the menu. It has never happened to me before, I apologise.
Nikki Graham Aug 1, 2005:
Please refrain from asking for the translation of two terms in one question. This is against Kudoz rules. Thank you.

huevos estrellados = No traducir y aclarar (scrambled eggs and potatoes) (CUIDADO*)

Así que no EXISTE un equivalente....so...it´s your choice....

Spanish term (edited): cazueletas del pas / huevos estrellados

stew or casserole/ fried eggs

While I would keep the original in the earlier question regarding "patatas bravas", here I would provide only a translation unless there is space on the menu for additional information.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Rachel Fell : huevos estrellados are done in a frying pan but aren't what we'd know as "fried eggs". Don't know - seems to be cooked all different ways, here incl. poached:http://www.lacocinasana.com/RecetasLibroFamilias.asp?CodRece...

You're right Rachel. What would you suggest?
disagree maryel : nothing to do with just fried eggs. See some of the recipies .

casserole / fried and scrambled eggs with potatoes

I just ran into the same problem and am opting to leave it in Spanish with the explanation in English in brackets. I believe that huevos estrellados are both fried AND scrambled and in many places they add chorizo which I opt to leave out.
