agree but also consider: auction sale by order of the court (on a mortgage foreclosure)

I think Marian has picked up on this point before, but I can't find it.

I'm unsure the auction is even linked with the mortgage, though hipoteca comes straight afterwards.

My weblink ref. is US. The process in Eng. & Wales also makes no ref. to an auction > 'sale by court order', though the form it inavriably takes IS an auction.
