Not sure if this is vulgar or not, but it looked like it might be from the context. Same soap opera, same woman saying good bye to her lover on the phone: "...bye bye y besitos en el yoyopo".
Again, I'm assuming this is Mexican slang. At least, the script was written by a Mexican.
