I would assume that "(comps.)" is an abbreviation of "compiladores," or "editors" in English, which would be abbreviated as "(eds.)"

: I edit in English, and I've never seen this, and when I translated bibliographies, I've always changed it to (ed.) or (eds.) if there are co-editors
