I have interpreted this sentence in the above sense. Please note that some words are not very clear to me, e.g. could you explain what does *vast* mean. May be, I am unable to understand the same due to spelling. You may like to incorporate this word in your sentence at the proper place as you might be well conversant with its implications. Please also note that I have interpreted *dhaie* as *dahai* which means decade, as per my understand of the context. Also, I regarded Kasur as a name of place.
It would be great if you could clarify these terms which are not much clear.
