Source text - English 3-Date Changes by the Guest After Confirmation:
Should the guest wish to make any changes to the dates of a confirmed booking, Nasma must be notified by email as soon as possible. Whilst Nasma will endeavour to assist, Nasma cannot guarantee that such requests can always be met. Where Nasma can make a requested date change, an amendment fee of AED 150 (one hundred and fifty dirhams) will be payable together with any costs incurred by Nasma. Changes to the dates of a confirmed booking cannot be made if the guest's arrival is in less than 7 days, and if this happens it will be treated as a cancellation request and cancellation charges as set out in clause 10 will apply.
4-Changes and Cancellations by Nasma:
Occasionally, Nasma has to change bookings and will always endeavour to avoid this situation but does reserve the right to do so without explanation to the guest.
If a booking has to be altered or cancelled by Nasma, the guest will be informed as soon as possible and Nasma will endeavour to offer an alternative. The guest can either accept the change, or request alternative accommodation. If the alternative is of a lower price, the guest will receive a credit note. If the price is higher, Nasma may not charge the guest (at Nasma's sole discretion), or if the price is significantly more, Nasma may request the guest to pay an additional amount.
If the guest chooses not to accept any of Nasma's alternative offers, then the guest can request a full refund minus any administrative and credit card processing charges. Payments will not be made for any costs or losses incurred by the guest as a result of any change or cancellation by Nasma.

إذا رغب النزيل في إجراء أي تغييرات على تواريخ الحجز المؤكدة، يجب إخطار نسمة عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني في أقرب وقت ممكن. ورغم أن نسمة ستسعى إلى تقديم المساعدة، إلا أنه لا يمكنها أن تضمن الوفاء بهذه الطلبات دائمًا. وفي الحالات التي يمكن لنسمة فيها إجراء تغيير مطلوب في التاريخ، يتم دفع رسوم تعديل قدرها 150 درهم إماراتي (مائة وخمسين درهم) إلى جانب أي تكاليف تتكبدها نسمة. ولا يمكن إجراء تغييرات على تواريخ الحجوزات المؤكدة إذا كان النزيل سيصل بعد أقل من 7 أيام، وإذا حدث ذلك سيتم التعامل مع هذا التغيير باعتباره طلب إلغاء، وسيتم تطبيق رسوم الإلغاء على النحو المبين في البند 10.

في بعض الأحيان، تضطر نسمة إلى تغيير الحجوزات وهي تسعى دائمًا إلى تجنب هذا الإجراء لكنها تحتفظ بحقها في القيام بذلك دون تقديم تفسير للنزيل.
إذا كان يتعين على نسمة تغيير حجز أو إلغائه، فسيتم إخطار النزيل في أقرب وقت ممكن وستسعى نسمة إلى توفير بديل. وإما أن يقبل النزيل بالتغيير، أو يطلب إقامة بديلة. وإذا كانت الإقامة البديلة بسعر أقل، فسيحصل النزيل على مذكرة ائتمان. وإذا كان السعر أعلى، فقد تُعفي نسمة النزيل من تحمل أي رسوم إضافية (حسب تقدير نسمة وحدها)، وإذا كان السعر أعلى بكثير، يجوز أن تطلب نسمة من النزيل دفع مبلغ إضافي.

Source text - English 5 GENERAL RUNNING PRINCIPLES AND RULES OF THE LICENSED BUSINESS
5.1 The FRANCHISEE undertakes to keep each Store open during regular business hours for stores with a commercial activity equivalent to that of the Licensed Business within the Stores’ location, as well as not to close all or part of any Store without the previous written consent of the FRANCHISOR.
5.2 The FRANCHISEE understands and acknowledges that every detail of the Franchise System and of the operation of the Licensed Business is important to the FRANCHISOR in order to maintain and further develop high and uniform operating standards, to increase the demand for goods and services rendered by the FRANCHISOR and all franchisees, to enhance the image of the FRANCHISOR and the Distinctive Commercial Signs, and to protect the FRANCHISOR's reputation and goodwill. Therefore, the FRANCHISEE agrees to:
a) operate the Licensed Business in conformity with all uniform methods, standards and specifications as the FRANCHISOR may prescribe, in the Franchise Manual or otherwise, to insure that the highest degree of quality and service is uniformly maintained,
b) comply with each and every law, ordinance and regulation applicable to the Licensed Business, and timely pay all applicable taxes as they come due based upon the FRANCHISEE's operations;
c) obtain and maintain, at its own cost and expense, all necessary or required permits and licenses in order to operate the Licensed Business and running the Stores;
d) work to protect and enhance the FRANCHISOR's image and, specifically, maintain employees or workers in the Licensed Business whose appearance, attire, attitude, and reputation are consistent with the FRANCHISOR’s image;
e) maintain the Stores, inside and out, in the highest degree of sanitation, repair and condition, and in connection therewith make such additions, alterations, repairs and replacements thereto (but no others without the FRANCHISOR's prior written consent) as may be required for that purpose;
f) show, in each Store the range of merchandise in accordance with the Franchise System, as defined by the FRANCHISOR, at each moment; and
g) promptly pay all taxes, duties or other amounts payable and shall likewise ensure that all creditors are promptly paid to ensure that the goodwill and reputation of the business is not adversely affected by the credit standing of the FRANCHISEE or any other factor.

5.2 تفهم الجهة الحاصلة على الامتياز وتقر بأن كل تفاصيل نظام الامتياز وكل تفاصيل تشغيل الأعمال المرخصة تمثل أهمية لمانح الامتياز من أجل الحفاظ على وتطوير معايير تشغيل عالية وموحدة لزيادة الطلب على السلع والخدمات التي يقدمها مانح الامتياز وجميع الجهات الحاصلة على الامتياز، لتعزيز صورة مانح الامتياز، والعلامات التجارية المميزة، ولحماية سمعة صاحب الامتياز وشهرته الطيبة. وبالتالي، توافق الجهة الحاصلة على الامتياز على ما يلي:
