Hello translators!
I am a Master student in translation who is researching the reasons why translators prefer to use CAT tools, or the reasons they prefer not to.
Would anyone here would be willing to help me with my research, perhaps by filling out a short questionnaire (5-10 mins)?

However, this project is still in its infancy... I won't start collecting data until April/May or so. I just wanted to see if I could find people who are willing and I'm grateful that I have found all of you!
I will keep you all updated on my project and when you can expect the form.

Now using a CAT tool to translate files has become my habit, because CAT tools have so many advantages, such as translation memory for reusing your assets, formatting, customer requirements, etc.
In localization industry, there are many files of different formats, so you must use the CAT tools to keep the original format, and now using CAT tools is necessary.
