Translating AppleWorks files (cwk) on Windows?

Hi all,

Is there any CAT tool operating under Windows able to translate an AppleWorks file (cwk)?

The only CAT tool I know that explicitly supports AppleWorks is Mémento, but it runs on Mac only, AFAIK:

But what if neither part has the original software at hand?

And wouldn't converting the cwk file potentially damage certain formatting?
