Hello,

As BROS Translation, we had 4 accounts working on German transcription projects on Shujiajia / Datatang Chinese platform since mid-September.
The company works with guild leaders as a contact person and our's name was Moyopoh Rhonell.

There are many files in "Approved" status in the platform but he said no files could pass the second evaluation.
He does not give any specific feedback for us to correct and the files are still in "Approved" status. Norm... See more

As BROS Translation, we had 4 accounts working on German transcription projects on Shujiajia / Datatang Chinese platform since mid-September.
The company works with guild leaders as a contact person and our's name was Moyopoh Rhonell.

There are many files in "Approved" status in the platform but he said no files could pass the second evaluation.
He does not give any specific feedback for us to correct and the files are still in "Approved" status. Normally, he should give feedback and we should correct it. He just says "unqualified" to all files and expects from us to believe. The contact person is not responding anymore or paying.

The Shujiajia / Datatang company claims;
"The relationship between our platform and Moyopoh Rhonell is just a project collaboration.
We as a platform do not interfere with the cooperation between you and him.
Datatang is not aware of the specific agreements between the guild and its members; therefore, Datatang will not intervene in disputes between the guild and its members and is not responsible for handling disputes between them. In the event of a dispute between a member and the guild, it is recommended to resolve the dispute through legal means, such as litigation."

So where to go for litigation as we are all in different countries and the money is not so big?!

They own the platform and the work is done there but they have no responsibility. What a world?!

Total waste of time (Shujiajia / Datatang company) Jan 23

I was one of the linguists working on this project for Shujiajia / Datatang company. The time we have spent working on this transcription project was such a waste. I strongly advise not to work for this platform. Thank you to Bros Translation for trying to get justice for our wasted energy and time.
