combining segment status for filtering with NOT logic

Hi
is there a way to combine segment status not just adding them, but with a NOT logic?
I have 137.000 words to review... While I review I commit segments.
How can I view for example "Duplicates segments" but only "Needs translation" segments among them?

(In DVX I could do it with SQL commands, here I see there is Regex but I don't know how it works)
